Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet

The method is the same as the Sweet and Sour Meat, substitute the meat with fish fillet and the only difference is to shorten the time on deep frying of the fillet, as fish is cooked easily. The taste is as good as the sweet and sour pork. For further details refer to my previous recipe.

ICT course

In August last year, I came to know that there is ICT classes for ladies only in Bangsar. The good news is the classes are for free. During the period we pick the lessons from one nice Indian gentleman. During the period we learned words, excel, power point, front page as well. Towards the end of 06 and after the year end holiday, oh no! the tutor disappeared, he got a better job, there gone his promise to lead us to the IT world. Sign......!

In april this year, the association got another tutor for us. Yeah, we can continue our class again but with less students now.
